A flower infusion popular in East Asia, especially China.

Traditionally used as a medicinal aid to help with heat related symptoms such as acne, sore throat and fever. It is also believed to help clearing the liver and the eyes.

It is a common practice to serve a chrysanthemum and puerh blend at Yum Cha restaurants in Canton, China.

Huang Mountain, Anhui, China

 

Taste Note:

Bright pale yellow liquid. Floral Meadow like fragrant. Unique natural sweetness with slight citrus note

 

Brewing Recommendation:

95 °C water. Add rock sugar to enhance its medicinal properties
