Chinese black tea, Madagascan vanilla bean, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Clove, Ginger, Star anise & Nutmeg. Blended in Tasmania
Smoother, less spicy comparing to our other Chai. Good balance of vanilla, good with and without milk.
1. In a saucepan, add 2 teaspoons of Chai mix per 200ml of water, simmer for 2 mins.
2. Add 200ml soy milk (or any milk of your choice), simmer for another 2 mins.
3. Filter with a sifter, stir in 1/2 teaspoon of honey if desired
