An aged, pressed, raw puerh cake from Yunnan, China. This is a large leaf puerh with good amount of tea buds (immature tea leaves that are sweeter and more nutritious).
These cakes weight 400g, and are broken into smaller potion for your convenience.
Light reddish brown liquor. Medium bodied, slight astringency, deep earthiness. Gentle bitterness as expected from raw puerh. Strong returned sweetness after the 3rd steep.
100 °C water. Quick raise with hot water twice before brewing. 30 seconds brewing for up to 8 infusions.
