A wet chai mix hand-made and hand-blended in Melbourne using Australian bushland honey, Sri Lanka black tea, and whole spices (cinnemon, cardamon, start anise, peppercorns, cloves, fresh ginger)
250g, Serves 15 cups.
Please note that this blend uses honey as a natural preservative, and has a shorter shelf life (12 months) comparing to our dry Chai range.
Sourced both locally and internationally, blended in Melbourne.
Strong aroma from the spices. Full bodied, nutty, spicy, satisfying amount of tannin, great with soy milk.
1. In a saucepan, add 2 teaspoons of Chai mix per 200ml of water, simmer for 2 mins.
2. Add 200ml soy milk (or any milk of your choice), simmer for another 2 mins.
3. Filter with a sifter, and enjoy!
100 °C water. 2 to 3 minutes steeping.
