A deliciously fragrant flower that carries the scent of ripe peaches or apricots, commonly found in southeast Asia.

Commonly used in tea blends, can also be used in making pastry and cocktail, or to flavour your honey.

Traditionally used in Chinese medicine as a detox tonic, and to improve skin complexion.





Taste Note:

Pale bright yellow liquor. Floral, unique peach note, lingering natural sweetness.


Brewing Recommendations:

100 °C water. 2 to 3 minutes steeping.
