A Christmas special chai blend with extra cinnamon quills and cinnamon powder!
Ceylon black, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, ginger, star anise & nutmeg
Medium strength tannin, balanced spiciness, warming body sensation. Good with and without milk.
1. In a saucepan, add 2 teaspoons of Chai mix per 200ml of water, simmer for 2 mins.
2. Add 200ml soy milk (or any milk of your choice), simmer for another 2 mins.
3. Filter with a sifter, stir in 1/2 teaspoon of honey if desired
