A low caffeine, no calories, no diary, organic chocolate tea. Chocolate husk is the fibrous outer shells of the cacao bean. It smell and taste like chocolate as it goes through the same fermentation and roasting process like the cacao beans.

 

Origin:

Peru

 

Taste Note:

Clear light brown liquid, strong roasted cocoa fragrance, medium astringency, medium tannin. Taste resembles a light black tea.

 

Brewing Instructions:

1. Crush your cocoa husk finely before brewing

2. Use 100 degree water and brew for 3 to 5 mins

3. Also nice as an iced tea with honey
