A large, whole leaf, fully oxidized black tea from Wuyi mounain, China.

Like our European Lapsang, it's smoked-dried over pinewood, but no smoking post-production. It's less intensive, so we can better appreciate the taste of the natural minerals and sugar in the leaves.

Taste note:

Amber red liquid, light, low tannin, light smokiness, caramelized honey sweetness. Good with meals.


Brewing Recommendation:

90 °C water. 1 to 2 minute brewing. 8 infusions. Best without milk
