A fragrant Chinese green tea made with only young tea buds.

Direct translation from Chinese is: Green, Snail and Spring.

Its name gives a perfect description of its leaves: jade green, in a spiral snail shape, picked in early spring. These leaves have a strong distinct sweet soy bean fragrance. 

 

Origin:

Zhejiang, China

 

Taste note:

Bright yellow tinted liquid. Light body, honey sweet fragrant. Refreshing, natural long lasting sweet finish. Great for early mornings and summer days.

 

Brewing Recommendations:

80 °C water. 30 seconds to 1 minute steeping depending on brewing style.
